• Co-sleeping with our first daughter was done easily until she was three months old, as we had no prior experience in raising a baby. This time, we’re approaching things differently. It’s crucial for our baby to get quality deep sleep, so we choose not to co-sleep. Since she was 2 weeks old, we’ve allowed her to sleep independently in a dark room with closed curtains (during the day). This has enabled her to have uninterrupted sleep, which in turn  granted us, as parents, the opportunity to enjoy good of quality sleep. Believe me, when there’s a baby in the house, every little sound during their sleep tends to make you react.

How can we maintain our peace of mind when our baby is sleeping alone in a room?

    • Monitoring gadgets
    • We utilize a sound-only monitor.
    • – We have a 24/7 video camera system that enables us to check on the baby through our mobile phones.
    • Without these gadgets , it would be challenging for us to feel at ease.
